Robert has 17 years experience as a cook and has worked in numerous restaurants in Seattle such as, La Gaviota, Palomino, Tulio's, and Nordstrom Catering. Robert has worked under such Chef's as Adolfo Cales, Christine Keff, Walter Pizano, and Peter Neal.
